In January the State Archives transferred more than 200 cubic feet of records from Governor Stricklands Administration. State Archives staff also transferred committee files and legislative records from the Ohio Senate and records from the Auditor of States Office, Department of Development, and Department of Commerce. The following record series have had catalog entries created or updated:

- State Archives Series 7368: Representative Deborah Newcomb press releases, newsletters, speeches, testimony, and photographs, 2008-2010.
- State Archives Series 7373: Representative Chris Redfern press releases, research files and testimony, 2002-2008.
- State Archives Series 7374: Representative Stephen Dyer press releases, research files and speeches, 2007-2010.
- State Archives Series 7375: Representative Kathleen Chandler press releases, research files, speeches and correspondence, 2003-2010.
- State Archives Series 7376: Representative Raymond Pryor press releases, research files, speeches, and correspondence, 2009-2010.
