The Eleanor C. Mabry Legacy Society leads the way in preserving the future of Ohio history through generous planned gifts.
The Mabry Society is comprised of donors who give through their will, trust, retirement account, life insurance policy or other type of planned gift. These gifts are critical sources of funding that help further the Ohio History Connection's mission: Spark discovery of Ohio's stories. Embrace the present, share the past and transform the future.

Who was Eleanor C. Mabry, II?
Ms. Mabry was the great-great granddaughter of Edward Tiffin, our state's first governor and an important advocate who led the effort to make Ohio the 17th state. Ms. Mabry became a life member of Ohio History Connection in 1966 and continued to support the preservation of our state's history throughout her life. Ohio History Connection was honored to receive Ms. Mabry's generous planned gift in 2001, the largest recorded estate gift during our first 125 years as an organization.
