On-Demand Programs

Duration: usually 30-60 minutes depending on the program (tailored to classroom needs)

Technology needs: We use Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams to deliver our programs. All you need to connect is an internet-enabled device with a camera and microphone or a legacy H.323 video conferencing unit.

Maximum participants: prefer groups of 35 or fewer but can make exceptions
Cost: $100-165 per group depending on the program (CILC Premium Members have access to discounts)

Cultural Traditions

Underground Railroad Immersive Experience

It's 1859 and the nation is on the brink of Civil War. Students observe and talk to residents of our Ohio Village to understand the Underground Railroad and identify the secret “conductor.” Through the use of highly researched first-person interpreters, students are able to experience the moral and social struggles surrounding the anti-slavery movement.
