In accordance with Section 304 of the National Historic Preservation Act, SHPO reserves the right to withhold from public disclosure any information that could result in a significant invasion of privacy, harm to a historic resource, or impede the use of a traditional religious site by practitioners.

All information and records made available through this request are provided with the understanding that they may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies.

Maps, inventory forms, reports, National Register of Historic Places nomination forms, and other records must be used on-site in the SHPO Research Room.

Any damaged, missing, or outdated records must be reported to SHPO staff.
