Join us as we explore the seedy side of history with Crime & Corruption! Bring the entire family and engage with fun activities linked to Ohio’s diverse and unique criminal past. Learn about day-to-day crimes that people dealt with, investigate a crime scene, and even participate in circuit court trials in our Town Hall. While you’re here, explore Ohio Village’s homes and businesses, get to know the residents, and play old-fashioned games on the village green.

Programming will include:

  • Circuit court trials with Ohio Village residents in our Town Hall
  • An exploration of the fascinating history of fashion smuggling
  • An interactive crime scene investigation
  • Learning about the popular 1890s pseudoscience of Physiognamy and the origin of mugshots in police work
  • The history of bodysnatching w/ Ohio Village’s very own Grimm Brothers
  • Learning how to track down criminals with the Ohio Village Marshal
