Harvest Gathering of the Crops

Staff will guide visitors through an exploration of pioneer cooking methods and historic methods of preserving foods. Demonstrations will include making hominy, stringing beans and grinding corn into corn meal. You may drop in to participate anytime between Noon and 4 p.m. in the museum garden. Site admission applies for nonmembers.
