Concepts in Records Management: Electronic Records (Webinar)
Did you miss this but are still interested in the content?  A recording of the webinar is available for purchase that comes with the powerpoint slides and handouts to the presentation.
Cost: $20

This webinar will be covering several areas of interest for records managers when it comes to managing your electronic records.  Topics covered include, but are not limited to: managing your email, how to schedule electronic records on your retention schedules (RC-2), taking care of your electronic records, social media and text message considerations, and general best practices.  

Just the Basics (Webinar)
June 11, 2015 from 10am-11am
Cost to attend: $20 per registration

Are you new to records management or just need to brush up on the best practices in Ohio?  Then this is the webinar for you!  Key concepts for this webinar include, but are not limited to: records retention forms (RC-1, RC-2, RC-3), procedures under House Bill 153, determining retention periods, etc.

Fee Structure:

2-hour workshop: $15 (per person), minimum of $750

Method of Payment: Check, credit card, or money orders. We can also send you an invoice. Payment is due within 30 days following the workshop.

The hosting organization is responsible for guaranteeing a minimum of 50 paid attendees or the minimum payment and providing the following functions:

  • Publicize the event 
  • Handle registration details 
  • Make room accommodations 
  • Photocopy handouts for workshop (master copies provided by the Ohio History Connection-LGRP) 
  • Make catering arrangements (if desired)
