Ohio State Fair Visitor Information
Everything you need to visit the Ohio History Center & Ohio Village during your trip to the Ohio State Fair!
Stop by to see the Ohio History Center & Ohio Village during the State Fair! Both sites will be open daily from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. This year, the Ohio History Center museum entrance also will be a full Ohio State Fair entry point, including State Fair ticket sales and security screening.
The Ohio History Center & Ohio Village will be open for members for free as always. Additionally, Ohio History Connection members will enjoy discounts on Ohio State Fair tickets. Just show your membership card at the fair gate and receive two FREE Admission tickets.
Our members must acquire their two free fair tickets in person at any official State Fair gate and must present their membership card. Additional tickets may be purchased at regular price or with other discounts. The offer is not valid for tickets purchased online or in advance. If members choose to visit only our campus, they will not receive an Ohio State Fair handstamp; however the full security screening for State Fair entry is required.

Visitors starting their day at the Ohio History Center & Ohio Village will enter through the main museum entrance, via an Ohio State Fair ticket gate & security screening. Once you have your fair handstamp, you are all set!
The Ohio History Center & Ohio Village will be open 10 a.m.–5 p.m. every day of the Ohio State Fair. Please allow at least one hour to explore, and make sure to check walking paths & shuttle availability. Information will be available at the Ohio State Fair entry gate located at the main museum entrance.
There are three options for getting to & from the Ohio State Fair and the Ohio History Center. Please check operating times for shuttles. When arriving at the fair grounds, you can show your handstamp, and security screening will be required for re-entry.
