Government Services July 2010 Report

In July, State Archives staff transferred approximately 100 cubic feet of local government records from Ohio University. Included were records from Athens, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry, and Washington counties.
Among the records transferred to the Ohio Historical Society were:

Athens County. Treasurer: Tax Duplicates, 1836 1880 Noble County.
Probate Court: Birth and Death Statements, 1883-1909 Perry County.
Probate Court: Registry of Births, 1857-1858 Perry County.
Probate Court: Registry of Deaths, 1857-1858 Perry County.
Probate Court: Birth and Death Statements, 1904-1905 Washington County.
Clerk of Courts: Court Records, 1790-1819
State Archives staff also transferred the following records from state agencies in July:
Department of Development: Governors Award for Energy Efficiency,1995-2007
Department of Transportation: Videolog (Film of Ohios highways), 1976-1985
