On September 17 from 2 to 6 PM, step inside the Harding Centre—built in 1924 as the Hotel Harding, Marion’s tribute to its president. Tour the Renaissance Revival lobby, the presidential suites, and the ballroom. Then hear historian Ryan S. Walters, author of The Jazz Age President, set the record straight on Warren G. Harding—in his own hometown. For history buffs, preservationists, and anyone who’s driven past and wondered what’s inside. Talk begins at 4 p.m.  Mr. Walters will be available after the talk for a meet-and-greet and to sign books.
