Join us for a special presentation by Vickie L. Kloeris, a distinguished former NASA food scientist with 34 years of experience in space food systems. As the longtime manager of food systems for both the Space Shuttle and International Space Station, Vickie brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her talks. A proud alumna of Texas A&M University, she holds degrees in Microbiology and Food Science and Technology.

Vickie will speak in the STEM Inspiration Center at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., with a meet and greet following each session. No RSVP is needed; general admission is required at the museum entrance.
