Once Upon Ohio
Celebrate a day of Ohio children’s literature! Perfect for young children and their families, this program features stories by Ohio authors and illustrators with engaging elements such as songs, rhymes, and movement, fostering early literacy skills and enhancing language development in a dynamic and entertaining manner.

- Share in the fun by Dressing up as your favorite storybook character!*
*Costumes welcome for kids 18 and under. For safety reasons, please no masks that cover the entire face.

Please select an entry time of 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30 or Noon
The Ohio History Center is open 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and your Once Upon Ohio ticket is valid all day after your entry time.
Member-exclusive access from 9–10 a.m.- members must sign in to see 9 & 9:30 a.m. ticket availability. Register early- member-exclusive access will sell out!
Tickets go on sale to members on Monday, July 7, 2025 and to non-members on Monday, July 14, 2025.
