Neil Johnston was a three time NBA scoring champion, the first NBA player to master the hook shot and a member of 8 different “Hall of Fame’s”, including the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Yet, even in his hometown of Chillicothe, Ohio he is considered by many an obscure athlete.
