The Hamilton County Courthouse will open its doors to provide a “behind-the-scenes” look at the justice system. As the only county in Ohio to have built six courthouses (reflecting hundreds of years of growth and resilience), the event will highlight how local courts have shaped the American promise of “justice for all.” The event kicks off with a panel discussion: “The Pillars of Our Democracy” with representatives from the Clerk of Courts, Sheriff, Court of Common Pleas, and Municipal Court. After the panel, participants are invited to tour the courthouse through different stations, visiting the Law Library, courtrooms, and meeting with judges and other court staff.
