The Sherwood-Davidson House Museum will be open for tours on Friday September 11th, during our Open Doors welcoming visitors for the fall season.

Our dedicated volunteers have worked tirelessly over the past several months to thoughtfully decorate and stage the home in preparation for guests. This year’s theme celebrates America’s 250th Semi quincentennial, with exhibits and décor featured throughout the house that reflect both our nation’s history and Newark’s local story. This beautiful home holds a deep and meaningful history, and we are excited to share its stories with our community.
