Take a tour of the Great Circle Earthwork with our Senior Archaeologist, Brad Lepper on the first Friday every month. Hear about how the genius behind the construction and purpose of the Great Circle and it’s inclusion as part of the World Heritage Nomination. The Great Circle is part of the Newark Earthworks.
This tour is free and open to the public, lasting approximately 30-45 minutes. Plan to meet at 12:30 p.m. at the map in front of the Great Circle Museum. Questions are encouraged as are hats, sunscreen and umbrellas (in case of rain).
