Wilmington, Ohio is a town that is synonymous with Quakers! Have you ever been curious about the history of Quakers in Wilmington? Or, at the very least have you ever wanted to see what a Quaker meetinghouse looks like on the inside? Join us at Wilmington Friends Meeting to tour our meetinghouse, which at one point, was the second-largest Quaker meetinghouse in North America. You will get to see the building, learn some local history, learn a few things about Quakers, and meet some modern Friends.
The handicap entrance is located at the Mulberry Street side of the building. An elevator is available through that entrance. The third floor of the building is not accessible by the elevator. The meetinghouse shares a parking lot with the City of Wilmington municipal building. Street parking is also available, or there are additional public parking lots on Locust Street and on Mulberry Street.
