The Strand Theater is the home of the Sebring Historical Society museum. While many of our exhibits pertain to the history of Sebring and its potteries, we will spend the first 45 minutes to an hour of the afternoon telling of the history of the Strand Theater. Visitors may then take time to view the exhibits, learn of the town’s past and its pottery history, and ask questions. The second half of the event will be experiencing the Strand as it once was as we show a classic children’s movie. It wouldn’t be a theater without popcorn. Cookies and popcorn will be served.
