Rehabilitation of 159 S. Main, historically known as the Second National Bank Building and later the Key Building, from its time as “The Law Building” to its current state as a multi-use property highlights the ongoing preservation of a historic downtown landmark. The building was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2008, and its recent rehabilitation was supported by Federal Historic Tax Credits in 2021.

Today, the building features six floors of luxury apartments, a central atrium, office space, retail, and an event venue located in the former bank space. Guests will enjoy viewing the penthouse apartment, the atrium, and touring the historic bank space as part of this transformation.
