The Old Stone School Museum is located adjacent to a Lake Metroparks Greenway Corridor. Bring your walking shoes, within .3 miles of the school is Chair Factory Falls (varied terrain with a gradual decline), site of an 1800s mill and factory. Nearby is the former Methodist Camp Klein property (1904-1999), Liberty Hollow (UGRR) as well as the former Railroad Line corridor. Down the road is the 209-year-old Oliver Brown house, one of 88 Patriots who settled in the township.

The history of the Western Reserve passed through Concord Township, Ohio. The 1840 Old Stone School Museum serves as a repository of early state, county and local, pioneer and  industrial history including the last remnants of the Girdled Road, the UGRR, agricultural and Revolutionary War Patriot documents, artifacts and stories.
