Join the Museum Historian in the STEM Inspiration Center to explore Gemini VIII, Neil Armstrong’s first mission into space. Learn about the first successful docking in orbit and the life-threatening emergency that followed. Discover how Armstrong and pilot David Scott regained control, proving their skill and paving the way for future Moon landings. Presentations at 11 a.m. & 2 p.m., guided tours at Noon and 3 p.m. No RSVP required. Programs are complimentary with that day's admission.
