Commemorate 2,000 years of legacy and 2 years of global recognition!

On September 19, 2025, join us in honoring the second anniversary of the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks’ inscription as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This special day will feature tours and events.

At the Octagon Earthworks, there will be free tours at tours at 12:30 and 3 p.m.

At the nearby Great Circle Earthworks, there will be a regular 2 p.m. tour with a site employee or volunteer. Site admission applies.
