For those whose interests lay in American military history it might be suggested they check out and attend one or more sessions of the Fort Meigs Military History Roundtable, part of the 2007 Bentley Lecture Series. The format of the Roundtable is somewhat informal. It includes a presentation by a noted authority on a particular aspect of American Military History followed by questions and answers and an open discussion period. The 2007 programs cover a wide range of subjects as addressed by leading researchers and scholars of the dicipline.
