Step back in time at the District #9 One-room Schoolhouse at 5064 Jaycox Rd. In North Ridgeville in Lorain County. Built in 1859 as one of ten district schools, it continues to serve the community as a place of learning and exploration. Visitors can sit in an authentic desk and experience all essential parts of an “old school” education.

The building and grounds will be open for exploration September 11 and 12 from 10:00 to 4:00. On site parking is limited, but nearby side street parking is available.
