Step inside Central Ohio’s first winery and explore nearly 50 years of local wine history during Ohio Open Doors!

Wyandotte Winery welcomed its first guests in 1977, when the property served as a winemaking facility, wine shop, and family residence. Wines are still made on site today.

Take a guided cellar tour, explore displays highlighting Wyandotte’s history, and see the original watercolor paintings commissioned by the winery that still grace many of our wine labels today. Inspired by the Columbus Quincentenary and AmeriFlora ’92, the paintings celebrate familiar Columbus landmarks—and make a fun backdrop for a selfie!

Current and former owners will be on hand for questions, conversation, and stories. Guests are invited to add their own memories to our memory book and take home a vintage Wyandotte postcard as a small thank-you for helping us celebrate and preserve our story.
