2013 OSU Archaeological Field School in Central Ohio

Have you ever wanted to actually be an archaeologist? If you answered YES! then sign up now to be a part of OSU’s Dept. of Anthropology 2013 field school in Dublin, OH. The excavation area has extensive artifact scatter dating back over 10,000 years. We will investigate buried features revealed by modern Geophysics technology. Students will learn basic archaeological field and lab techniques, as well as learn about the importance of this site in Ohio’s fascinating prehistory.

Maymester May 6th May 31st 2013.  Call Number 5813 (UG) 5816 (G).

Space is limited please email [email protected] for info and an application form. *6 credit hrs; OSU students who are full time during Spring 13 semester only pay for 3 hours of tuition. PLUS a $500 lab fee (this fee does NOT include room and board). No pre-reqs.
