On April 9th and 10th the Maritime Archaeological Survey Team (MAST) and the Great Lakes Historical Society’s Peachman Lake Erie Research Center (GLHS’s PLESRC) will offer a two day workshop featuring a series of seminars and a variety of speakers who will help you understand shipwrecks and their construction, how to do research and survey a shipwreck. On Saturday evening a special presentation will be given by Tamara Thomsen, Wisconsin State Underwater Archaeologist, about their recent investigation of the Lakeland.
