The Local Government Records Archivist has been gearing up for the fall meeting of CARMA, the County Archivists and Records Managers Association of Ohio, hosted this year by the Muskingum County Records Center in Zanesville.  The Local Government Records Program is also in the beginning stages of planning workshops for 2010.  State Archives is looking into the possibility of sharing venues with the Ohio Attorney Generals House Bill 9 Trainings to present our Concepts in Records Management workshops around the state, and exploring the use of webinar technology in collaboration with local partners to deliver records management guidance to governments around the state.   The State Archives has recently accessioned the following records from the Department of Taxation:
