Learn the thrilling and surprisingly accessible art of ballroom dancing in this Victorian Dance Workshop! During this workshop you’ll learn about the history of late 19th century dance, what kind of etiquette came along with dances, and have a chance to learn the steps yourself. Our instructor, Jeanette Watts, will guide all participants through the basics of dances like the Two Step, in a fun and light-hearted experience that even those with two left feet can enjoy. Snacks, water, and coffee will be included. We recommend that attendees bring a bagged lunch or purchase food from our Café. The main portion of our workshop will take place on Saturday, November 4th from 10am-4pm in the Ohio Village. An optional review session will also be held on Sunday, November 5th from 11am-1pm in the Ohio Village.
