The Bureau of Workers' Compensation administers the State Insurance Fund that is the exclusive insurer for injuries sustained in the course of employment in the state of Ohio. It performs all administrative tasks and is responsible payment of claims and awards and is the custodian of these records. The Industrial Commission is responsible for policy, including policy for the State Fund.
