The Office of Budget and Management adopts and implements financial policies for the administration of state programs in compliance with state statutes. The director is appointed by the Governor with the consent of the Senate. Sections of the Office of Budget and Management are Budget, Legislative Affairs, State Clearinghouse, State Accounting, and Forms Management Center.
