The Department of Commerce is a licensing and regulatory agency composed of the following divisions: Administration; Financial Institutions, which in l995 merged the divisions of Credit Unions and Savings and Loans/Savings Banks; Consumer Finance; Licensing; Real Estate; Securities; State Fire Marshall; and Unclaimed Funds.
