Media Decisions -- microfilm
Microfilm must be certified as to its authenticity and completeness
Must comply with ANSI standards for permanent photographic records
Duplicates must be stored in separate buildings
Must have a microfilm reader so that records on film can be made accessible for inspection per a public records request
