Municipal Records Commission 149.39 ORC

• Chief Executive (or appointed representative) as chair

• Chief Fiscal Officer

• Chief Legal Officer

• Citizen (appointed by the chair)

• Shall appoint a secretary who may or may not be a member of the commission

• Can hire an archivist

• Meet at least once every 6 months
