• President of the Board of County Commissioners as chair

• County Prosecuting Attorney

• County Auditor

• County Recorder

• County Clerk of Court of Common Pleas

• Should appoint a secretary who may or may not be a member of the commission

• Can hire an archivist

• Meet at least once every 6 months
