Hand wrought iron and wood, this item appears to be some sort of pick or fork, although we are not certain. The iron spikes, or picks, are secured in the wooden head, which is attached to a curved wooden handle with a dove-tail joint and an iron spike. On each side of the head are several links of iron chain. It measures 14" long, 8" wide, and 2 1/4" high.
