MSS 756	Metropolitan Area Church Board     1957-1979 Resulted from a merger in 1967 of the Columbus Area Council of Churches and the Inter-Church Board for Metropolitan Affairs, to promote spiritual and secular ecumenism. Records of the CACC, ICBMA, and MACB include minutes, constitutions, resolutions, and correspondence. Documents all phases of board activities including social, economic, and educational reforms, and the promotion of Christian unity and community development.

Stewart Papers     Jan. 30, Feb 25, 1833 Letter from Stewart of Elyria, Lorain County, Ohio (1-30-1833) to Sister Anna Burnham of Mayhew, Mississippi, re. founding a co-educational seminary in Russia, Ohio on the principle of manual labor and training men and women for work as missionaries. Also commends her for work among the Choctaws. An additional note by his wife Elisa C. Stewart dated 2-25-1833 is more newsy and speaks of the missionary spirit in the United States.

VFM 3198	Minutes of National Convention, Catholic Ladies of Columbia     August 3, 1931 With a typed transcription of the minutes of the national convention of Catholic Ladies of Columbia, an incorporated Fraternal Insurance Corporation, is a copy of the contract and correspondence with the CLC and Armstrong & Okey, shorthand reporters in Columbus, Ohio, which took the minutes of the 1931 convention in Ohio.
