We have repaired the road from Solomons town to within four miles of here, and will soon open it further -- The road will be much better than I expected -- We are anxious to join our comrades in arms and to march to Canada -- Our Jealousies and divisions which obtained in camp have in a great measure subsided -- And I hope With Union for our motto we shal 1 Yet enter Ma lden before our tour expires
