Queen Charlotte Amherstburg 7th June 1813 Sir I beg leave to represent to you that much inconvenience and delay will accrue to His Majestys Squadron for the want of a sufficient quantity of biscuit to proceed to Sea with. I have in consequence to request you will be pleased to give such directions as may seem most expedient to obviate the above difficulty, as I can assure you it will much accelerate the refitting and victualling the Squadron on their arrival in port.
