ARMSTRONG TO HARRISON War Dept. May 31st. 1813 Sir Your letter of the 19th instant has been received. Arrangements will be made for increasing the medical staff of your command. Herewith inclosed you will receive a copy of the contract for supply- ing the troops in the state of Ohio. You are authorized to fill the blank attached to the copy and to appoint agents to deliver over to Messrs. Orr & Greeley - - such provisions now in deposit as you may deem proper to issue according to the agreement, taking their triplicate receipts for the same; one of which must be transmitted to the Accountant of this Dept & one to the superintendent General of Military supplies, that Orr & Greely may be held accountable for the provisions so received.
