25th. He appointed Janus Irwin a Justice of' the Peace in Hamilton County --

26th. He appointed Felix Rennix a justice of the Peace in the County of Ross.

27th. He appointed Joseph Darlington Esquire a Justice of the Peace and of the quarter Sessions of Adams County --

28th. He appointed Israel Donaldson to the same Office in that County.

29th. He appointed Joshua Williams an Ensign in the first Battalion of the first Regiment of Hamilton Militia.

The Secretary transmitted to the General Government the foregoing official proceedings of the Executive of the Territory from the 1st. of January 1802 to the ensuing ist. of July.

4th. of July 1802 -- The Secretary, vested with the powers of Governor and Commander in Chief of the Territory, made the following appointments &c.

He appointed James Carethers a Justice of the Peace in the County of Hamilton.
