the aforesaid County - Mr Smith had been formerly commissioned, but had resigned. 31st. He appointed to the same office in that County Mathew Winton.

April the 9th - He appointed Samuel Sirren to the same office in the said County.

25th. He appointed William James to the aforesaid Office in the same County.

May the 7th. He appointed to the same office in the said County James Dunn.

23d. He appointed John Hamilton to the same Office in that County.

June the 1st. He commissioned William McFarland Captain, Jabor Washburn first Lieutenant, and David Christy second Lieutenant of the Hamilton Artillery Company.

3d. He appointed John Gailbrath Recorder of the County of the County of Jefferson[sic]

4th. He appointed William McLure a Justice of the Peace in Hamilton County.
