Department of State a Copy of the above Official proceedings of the Eecutive, between the 1st. of January 1801 and the 1st, of July insuing. 1801, September the lst; The Governor appointed Robert On Ensign, John Limington Captain, John Cottrel Ensign, John Kain Lieutenant, Richard Hall Captain, Thomas Barnes Lieutenant, Jacob Ullery Ensign, and Archibaid Gray Captain, of the 1st. Battalion of the 1st. Regiment in Clermont County. He appointed Edward Sargent Ensign, Fielding Feagins Captain, Charles Hall Ensign, William Higgins Lieutenant, Joseph Utter Captain, Allexand Hill Lieutenant, Thomas McConnel Captain, of the second Battalion of the lst.Regiment in Clermont County. He appointed Roger Waring Surveyor of the said County of Clermont. He issued a Commission of Enquiry to Robert Higgins, Peter Yatch, and William Lytle of Clermont, touching the Conduct of Owen Todd, a Justice of the Peace of that County. |
