9. He commissioned Samuel Kratzer Sheriff of the County of Fairfield - Joseph Vanhorne Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas, and Clerk of the General Quarter Sessions -- James Denny Clerk of the Orphans Court -- Amos Delino Judge of Probate -- and Noah Zane Recorder of that County.

He commissiond William Lytle Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas, and Clerk of the Court of General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the County of Clermont -- James Perry Sheriff - and Samuel Robb Recorder of the said County.

He commissioned Joseph Wood Surveyor of the County of Washington -- Elias Langham Surveyor of Ross -- and Benjamin McClene Surveyor of Hamilton.

The Secretary transmitted to the Department of State a Copy of the above Official proceedings of the Governor, from the 1st. of July 1800 to the 1st. of January 1801.
