Richard Cunningham was Commissioned A Lieutt. in the 2nd. Battalion of Hamilton County Mi- litia. --
April 16th.
The Governor was pleased to issue a new Commission for For the Court of Genl. Quarter sessions of the Peace for the County of Hanmilton displacing Aaron Cadwell Steven Wood & [blank space McCullough - A new Commission was also issued for the Court of Common Please for the said County, Thomas Gibson George Cullum John Armstrong John Mercer John Wallace Jacob White being Constituted Justices of the same to whome were associated James Findlay and Robert Benham

Complaints having been made to the Governor that Peter Audrain Prothonotary to the Court of Common plea se & Patric McNiff a Justice of the Peace for the County of Wayne having middemeaned himself in the execution of his office, His Excellency this day wrote a letter to John Cleves Symmes the Presiding Judge of the supreem Court requesting him to Make enquiry into the complaints when he shall hold the circut Court at Detroit. --

Notices were issued to the displaced Justices. April 17th.
