by which it is ascertained that the said County is entitled to three Representative in the Genl. Assembly A Supplementary writ was directed to the Sheriff Authoriseing him to hold an Election for three Persens to represent the said County.

Jany. 29th. Willm. H Harrison was appointed a Justice of the Peace for [end of prededing line] all the Counties which now are or which hereafter may be created in the Territory February 9th. 1799 -

The Governor being at Cincinnati in the Cou- nty of Hamilton. A License was granted to William Forbes to Keep a ferry for one year from where he now lives at the Mouth of Red oak Creek in the County of Hamilton to the Oppi- site Kentuckey Shore. -
