some considerable Time delayed, and since
the receipt thereof almost all Communi-
cation with the World has been cut off
from us by the extreme Rigour of the
Winter -- This I trust will adcount for
my not sooner acknowledging it February the 13th. 1797 David Poor was Licensed to keep a Tavern in the house lately occupied ed by George Fithean[?] in the Town of Cin- cinnati and County of Hamilton, for one Year from the Eighth of this February, being the Date of his Recommendation -- By the Secretary in the Governour's Absence. February 20th. 1797 William Stanley was li- censed to keep a Tavern for the Term of one year at the house of his present resi- dence in Columbia and County of Ha- milton -- by the Secretary. February 24th. 1797 George Fithian was licensed to keep a Tavern for one Year |
