Legislature by representation was formed In either Case however the Notaries have nothing to do with Testamentary Affairs: Every thing relating to the Esta-tes of deceased per- sons, whether real or personal, is within the province of the Judge of Probate and the Orphan's Court, and any Interference of the Notaries, is nugatory as to the Effect, and illegal as to the Act - You will therefore call before you Sir the Executors of all deceased persons to prove the Wills and grant to them Letters testamen- tary; and Letters of Administration (to those who are entitled to them) where persons die without leaving Wills; and you will also be pleased to communicate these Instructions to the Notary public of your County that there may be no clashing between you and him in the Execution of your respective Offices - Signed A.S.
