April 20th. 1795 John Wallace was appoin- ted a Justice of the peace for Hamilton County and Benjamen Ives Gilman the Prothonotary to the Court of common pleas and Clerk of the Court of General Quar- ter Sessions of the peace in and for the County of Washington vice R. J. Meigs resigned - And they were com- missioned accordingly by the Secretary.
