the Observations of the magistrate thereupon
I transmit to you Sir as it is out of my
power to remedy any of the Inconveniences
to military Service therein complained
of and as I believe Government should at
all Times be possessed of such Facts as
may tend to establish just Opinions of
the Disposition of all their Servants
I have the honour to be &ca. April 20th. 1795 John Wallace was appoin- ted a Justice of the peace for Hamilton County and Benjamen Ives Gilman the Prothonotary to the Court of common pleas and Clerk of the Court of General Quar- ter Sessions of the peace in and for the County of Washington vice R. J. Meigs resigned - And they were com- missioned accordingly by the Secretary. Cincinnati April 21st. 1795. |
