Printed Copies of the Laws passed in the last Session of the Legislature of this Territory will be delivered to Magistrates and others entitled (agreeably to the Advertisement of January the 18th. 1793) to demand the same -- For which purpose They are requested, as early as possible, to call upon

July the 22d. 1794 Dean Tyler was commission- ed an Ensign in the first Regiment of militia of Washington County - agreeably to his Appoi- ntment in the Order of the 8th. Instant -- by the Secretary.

July the 31st. 1794 Proclamation for a Fast By Winthrop Sargent acting as Governour of the Territory of the United States North west of the River Ohio.

It having pleased the Almighty Parent of the Universe, in righteous Judgment for our manifold Sins, to suffer the Continuance of a savage War within our Country it becomes more than ever our Indispensible Duty By Fasting,
